AED Donation

Reese staff attended AED and CPR training. We also received a new AED box for our building. Then this past week, the Warrensburg Police Department donated an AED box to safely store our AED machine. We are so grateful for the partnership, and special thank  you to our SRO Chad Boles for delivering the box right to our school!

Johnson County United Way

In conjunction with Johnson County United Way, Reese students went to work on a survival box that is to be placed at a location in town. Students are assembling the project then will paint and install the roof unit. They are learning these skills through community trade volunteers and after the box is finished and placed, Reese students will come up with a stocking list and communication plan to let community members know what items are needed for the box.

Clean the Burg

A teacher chose #CleantheBurg as one of our service projects for the year and back in October we went to clean. Watching our students pull weeds and pick up trash to become a positive part in our community was touching. They worked hard and we all were a sweaty mess! We enjoyed a break when we returned! To all our Reese students... I see you trying to make a difference!! You matter and you do belong to this community.
